Class schedules are released

Classes can be booked approximately
4 weeks in advance
Members may cancel classes free of charge up to
12 hours before the scheduled class start time

Cancellations made within
12 hours of the class start time
will result in:
The class credit being forfeited, and

£5 Late Cancellation Fee
being applied to the member's account.
Each member receives
one free no-show and late cancel per month per being charged
No Show Policy
Members who fail to attend a booked class without cancelling will:
Forfeit their class credit, and
Be charged a
£10 No Show Fee
