Lift & Reform is a dynamic, high-energy class designed to build strength, elevate your heart rate and challenge your body in new ways. Combining reformer flows with jumpboard intervals and weighted strength circuits, this class blends cardio, resistance and mindful movement for a full-body workout that delivers results.
Expect bursts of jumpboard work to raise your heart rate, followed by focused strength sets using weights (3–10kg) to build power, endurance and stability. Seamlessly woven with reformer sequences, the class keeps you moving with intention — balancing intensity with control, and effort with alignment.
Options are always offered, allowing you to work at a level that feels both challenging and supportive for your body. The focus remains on moving well, building strength from within, and creating a sense of resilience — physically and mentally.
