Our Intermediate/Advanced Pilates class builds on the foundations learned in beginner classes and turns up the intensity. Expect more complex exercises, creative sequencing, and the addition of props to deepen the challenge and enhance your strength, control, and mobility. These classes are designed to engage both mind and body, pushing you to move with focus, precision, and confidence — leaving you feeling stronger, more connected, and fully challenged from start to finish.
