A thoughtfully designed Pilates journey to support you through every stage of motherhood.
Bump focuses on prenatal Pilates, helping you stay strong, mobile, and connected to your body throughout pregnancy. With carefully curated, pregnancy-safe exercises, you’ll build strength, support your changing body, and prepare both physically and mentally for labour.
Birth is your postnatal recovery phase, designed to gently rebuild strength from within. These classes focus on core and pelvic floor restoration, alignment, and regaining confidence in your body after birth—at your own pace.
Beyond brings parents and little ones together, combining movement, connection, and community. These sessions are designed to help you continue building strength while bonding with your baby in a supportive, welcoming environment.
All classes are led by Clair, a Level 3 qualified pre- and postnatal Mat Pilates instructor, ensuring you and your baby are in safe, knowledgeable hands every step of the way.
