This dynamic class combines the lengthening and strengthening benefits of Reformer Pilates with an energising cardio kick using the jump board. Expect our signature Reformer burn as you bounce, sweat, and strengthen — all while supported on your trusty Reformer bed. The result? A feel-good workout that boosts endurance, builds power, and leaves you feeling energised, uplifted, and ready to take on the world.
This is a higher-intensity class, and we recommend completing at least 8 intermediate Reformer classes before joining Reformer JUMPBOARD!
